Saying that he has received a letter from Mme. Clementine Riviere, who has been on the boats of the Menageries Maritimes for 18 months as a femme de chambre supplementaire and who now wishes to obtain a permanent position on a boat, that for 23 years she was in the service of his family (Hotel Capoul, in Toulouse) and that he can recommend her without reservation, and expressing the hope that the recipient can find for Riviere the position she wants.
